  1. Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Bangalore by reputed courier agencies.
  2. All domestic orders are processed within 24-48 business hours. You can expect delivery within 2-7 business days.
  3. Delivery will be made to the address provided at the time of order placement and cannot be rerouted after order confirmation. In case of an emergency, please contact customer care for guidance. Delivery may be delayed in case of continuous public holidays or strikes.
  4. Goods receipt will need to be signed for upon delivery by the customer, a family member, or an alternative person suggested by the customer. However, FreshLuxe takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative recipient.
  5. Shipping and handling charges are displayed at checkout, and customers will be informed before making payments. Shipping charges may vary based on product volume, type, and shipping destination.
